Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Every effort is put into fulfilling orders as quickly as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

In order to return or exchange your purchase, you need to do so within 30 days of purchase. The product must be received by us in the same condition that you received it in. Original tags, box, unworn, undamaged and able to be resold. Unfortunately, we do not process any returns or exchanges after 30 days.
We do not accept returns on perishable items, intimates, gift cards, custom items or digital products.
After we receive your item, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund if the item is in resalable condition. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your exchange and tracking information for the exchanged item that will be mailed to you.
The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a store credit or gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. To receive your store credit more quickly be sure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned, such as "final sale" items.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs for items sent to you are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee and cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item. The time it take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary on your location.
