What is your return policy?Thanks for buying from Loyal and Free Apparel Co . In order to return or exchange your purchase, you need to do so within 30 days of purchase. The product must be received by us in the same condition that you received it in. Original tags, box, unworn, undamaged and able to be resold. We do not accept returns on perishable items, intimates, gift cards, custom items or digital products. "Final Sale" items are non-refundable. After we receive your item, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund if the item is in resalable condition. The majority of returns are refunded via store credit or gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. To receive your store credit more quickly be sure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned, such as "final sale" items.
